Check In at the Kiosk
A late student scans their ID or types their number at the front-office kiosk. The tardy is recorded and the teacher sees the student on the way.
Coming to Warner Robins High School · January 2027
PassRule makes the school day safer and smoother. Late students check in fast at a kiosk, every hall pass is timed and visible to adults, and the same rules apply to every student.

Four things PassRule does every school day, so adults spend their time with students, not paperwork.
A late student scans their ID or types their number at the front-office kiosk. The tardy is recorded and the teacher sees the student on the way.
Students start a pass at the classroom's pass station. The hall board shows who is out, and a pass that runs over turns red.
Tardies and incidents count toward the steps the school sets, such as a warning or a detention. The assistant principal sees each one that day.
Families get an email, and a text if they sign up, in English or Spanish. Counselors and case managers hear about their own students.

For Students
Built With a School
PassRule is being built with the assistant principals at Warner Robins High School, part of Houston County School District in Georgia. Their tardy policy, their wording and their feedback on every screen decide what PassRule does.
Staff are trying it on a practice copy with made-up students this fall. It goes live for Warner Robins students on January 5, 2027.
For Families
Contact your school's front office. They can see your student's record and correct it.
Every screen is checked for keyboard use, screen readers and contrast, and documented in a written accessibility report.
AccessibilityPassRule shows no advertising and never sells or shares families' information for marketing.
Privacy NoticeRecords of tardies, passes and incidents are kept until the end of the following school year, then deleted by a school administrator.
For Other Schools
PassRule is starting at one school. If you work at a school or district and would like to hear what we're learning, we're glad to talk.
